I have a diverse background encompassing many areas of health, medicine, and fitness. My skillset allows me to produce and contribute in a number of areas including teaching, research, writing, consulting, and clinical work.
Here is a summary of my skills in each of the previously mentioned areas.
TEACHING

Competent in teaching public health, health education, school health, athletic training, general health and wellness, physical activity courses, and physician assistant studies.
